“The 3 Days and 10 Days Master Cleanse Plan”

Admittedly trying something new without a trial period is difficult. This article will guide you how to ease into the 10 days master cleanse diet plan with a 3 days easing in period.  When we have been eating 3 meals normally everyday and suddenly switch to the master cleanse diet, it can be difficult to adjust suddenly. That why it is best to follow a 3 days easing in period to first adjust yourself to the strict 10 days master cleanse diet. This is an optional technique which lengthen the master cleanse diet period from 10 days to 13 days but it is highly recommended.

For the first day, it is extremely important to understand hunger when following the master cleanse diet in order for you to be able to cope with it. Basically there are two goals on the first day itself. First you need to know what the feeling of hunger is like. Once you know then you can start getting use to it. Secondly, you need to know the differences between wanted to eat and needing to eat. No matter how, when you know on the master cleanse diet, you will feel the hunger as it starts to bother you. You must realize that hunger is not starvation. You are not depriving your body of nutrition when you are following the master cleanse diet.

For the beginning of the day, you need to drink the master cleanse and the laxative and plenty of water. As for the main meal itself around dinner time, you can consume anything you wish so long as it is a quantity which you consume normally. By doing this although you will feel some discomfort during the earlier part of the day you will be assure of a proper meal later in the evening. The first day will be just a test run of the master cleanse while getting the assurance of a main meal.

Just remember that when you are feeling hungry during the day while following the master cleanse diet, you just want to eat and you are not depriving yourself of any nutrition. It is just a craving.

As for the second day, it is also just like the first day. The only difference is that for the main meal, you can only consume uncooked vegetables and fruits. The goal for this second day is to break the habit of gorging on junk food. You will start your day just like you start it in the first day with the master cleanse, laxatives and water.

On the third day itself, you will be moving towards an all liquid diet. So the third day is just to get used to an all liquid diet. For most people, this stage is the most difficult as it is a radical change from solid food to an all liquid diet. So for this day, begin it as you have done before for the last two days. The main difference for this day is that you will not have any solids; instead you will consume any liquid that you want as long as it is a healthy drink. Soda or any drink that have high sugar is to be avoided. Thus when you followed this plan, with the first 3 days spend on easing in, you will have less difficulty adjusting yourself to an all liquid diet when following the master cleanse for the next 10 days.
