The description says how we should drink 60-120 ounces of the lemonade and also recommends you drink the equivalent of your weight in water. Does the 60 ounces of lemonade include in the water weight total or are they separate? For example: if you weighed 125 lbs, you would drink 125 ounces of water + 60 ounces of the lemonade? or is it 125+ ounces of water and lemonade?

You can also order grade B maple syrup on ebay that's how I did it because my husband and I were both doing it so we needed a gallon! we paid 60.00 for the gallon not bad considering how expensive it is!

To those asking if they can use sugar or honey as an alternative to maple syrup - NO!

The idea isn't just to sweeten the water. Maple syrup contains all kinds or importent minerals, vitamins and elements. These will keep you going while you are not getting any of these things from food.

In fact I just read something last week about new discoveries of how beneficial maple syrup is.

So no substitutions! I know it is expensive but not as expensive as the food that you won't be eating!
